The first few months of being a mom can be exciting, difficult, and emotional.
But the journey doesn’t stop there. Being a mom is a lifetime job, and the first months and years come with lots of challenges.
You may not be suffering from the fog of those early days, but you’re still not back to how you were. Your body has been through a lot, and your life has changed completely. But you might have a bit more time to focus on yourself.
We have several postnatal programs just for you, which will help to strengthen your body and help get you back on track.
Programs for All Moms
The postnatal programs are designed for those who have just given birth, those several weeks on, those several months on and even several years on.
The programs contain over 300 restorative exercises to strengthen your core and strengthen your pelvic floor, advice on how to adapt your usual exercises in a safe way, help with back pain, help with regaining that flatter tummy, and more. They even come with free online support from expert physios.

Back to being you
We have several programs for moms. The Get Back To Being You Guide helps you get back to doing the activities you enjoyed before getting pregnant. The ‘Abs Fab Program‘ or the ‘Pelvic Floor & Core Program‘ with 10-minute workouts helps you regain strength in your pelvic floor & core and flatten your tummy.
And then the ‘Return to Impact, Running & HIIT’ program will help you get back to these more vigorous types of exercise after birth including after experiencing prolapse or pelvic floor issues.

You can start after about 6 to 8 weeks following the birth of your child, and it’s a good idea to check with your doctor before starting. We recommend starting with our Recovery Program if you are still early in your journey.
If you are more than 8 weeks down the line then try our ‘Abs Fab’ or ‘Pelvic Floor & Core’ Programs which include the ‘Get Back To Being You Guide’ and ‘Belly Flattening Nutrition Guide’
While we recommend using an exercise mat, it is not essential. Other than that, you won’t need any equipment.
