Cardio Sprint Intervals – 20M

A 20 minute Cardio session including:

  • Starting with 3 mins Easy effort
  • Alternating 1 minute Harder 7/10 Effort and Easy 3/10 Effort Intervals.

The videos below will guide your through it – Choose First version for integrated music and Second version for no music

If using Heart Rate as a guide to effort:

  • 3/10 Easy Effort – 60-70% MHR
  • 7/10 Harder Effort – 80-90% MHR
