Cardio Sprint Intervals – 20M

A 20 minute Cardio session including 1 minute & 2 minute intervals   Reminder of the different Effort Levels below.

Just prop your phone or tablet in front of you on a Cardio machine and click Play to follow. Example cardio machines it works well on are Stair climber, Elliptical (cross trainer), Bike, Rowing machine and Treadmill.
