Where are the Muscles?

The Pelvic Floor, Deep Abdominal (Tranversus Abdominis) and Diaphragm (Breathing Muscle) all work together and form the Foundation or Major Building block of your body.  The Rectus Abdominis (6 pack) muscles lie over the top of the Deep Abdominal Muscles.   If there are compromises in any of these muscles or they are not working as well as they could it can lead to symptoms such as

  • Tightness or weakness of other muscles in the body
  • Pain
  • Incontinence (leakage)
  • Feelings of pressure down below
