When can you start the Level 1 Workouts?
When you have practiced the 2 Key Foundation Exercises enough to be able to do the below IN STANDING for each exercise:
Exercise 1 – able to pull the lower tummy fully back to 10/10 effort
Exercise 2 – able to hold the muscles engaged while still normal breathing for at least 40 seconds or 8 breaths worth.
Do not worry if this takes time – can take weeks to achieve. These exercises alone will still produce visible effects in seeing your tummy start to flatten and core strength improve.
