The Health2mama APP created by Women’s Health Professionals will enable instant access to masses of:

This guide is brief as our main aim was to make this APP as easy to navigate as possible. But here are a few pointers to make it seamless.
To enable easy access to what you want when you want – look out for these buttons:

Click SAVE – to show in your ‘SAVED’
Click LIKE – to show in your ‘FAVOURITES’
Click SCHEDULE – if want to schedule into your daily routine – (the schedule is linked to gmail – if you do not already have an account it is very easy to set up)
At the Top of the App choose your part of the Journey
Postpartum – 0-6 weeks after birth
Back to You – 6 weeks + after birth helping you get to feeling like you
Maintenance – helps you keep yourself there once Back to Feeling like you again

At the Bottom of the APP are easy navigate buttons:

HOME – shows you all your saved and favourites
PROGRAMS – shows you all your guides
SUPPORT – access to our community with other members and our Women’s Health Professionals – answer any questions you have
CONSULTS – for more support – get in touch face to face with one of our Women’s Health Professionals Online or see our Database of Women’s Health Professionals for Consults In Person
