When can I start?
The Recovery Program is designed for new moms during the first six to eight weeks following the birth. If you’re unsure about whether you’re ready or not, ask your doctor for their advice.
Is this suitable for C-sections?
Yes! Our program has bespoke sections for moms who have had either vaginal or C-section births. It doesn’t matter what type of birth you had, you can take full advantage of the program.

The ‘Recovery Program’ is packed with education about what your body has just been through, so you know what to expect. It also contains advice on how to move, advice on issues like incontinence and back pain, C-section scar management, reactivating your pelvic floor and core, free online support from expert physios, and lots more.

This program is designed for all new moms, but you can always ask your doctor if you want to. We also provide you with clear signs of when you should see your doctor during the course.
Easy 10-Minute Exercises
The course is filled with easy, gentle 10-minute exercises and relaxation workouts. It’s designed for busy moms who don’t have a lot of time, so you can fit them into your daily routine.
These exercises are safe and designed by experts, and they will help you get back on track as soon as possible.
