These arm toning workouts are just 10 mins and use weights to help the muscles work improving tone. You can use filled water bottles to start but we advise purchasing some basic dumbells of a few different weights.
Once you can complete the workouts using a light weight then you can increase to a heavier weight.
What weight you start with completely depends on if you have been doing weights before and what weights you were lifting before or through pregnancy.
We suggest starting with a 2kg dumbell and then increasing by 1 to 2kg once you can complete all the number of reps of the Arm Toning Workouts with ease.
